We opened Tejas Meat Supply with a simple vision: to make premium, responsibly sourced Texas meats available right here in Georgetown (and Taylor -coming soon!) — and to serve them in a way that brings out their best.
Our spot on The Most Beautiful Square in Texas felt like the perfect home. It’s where locals and visitors cross paths, and where the pace invites you to slow down, sit for a while, and savor something made with care.
With the success of our Georgetown, TX location, we’ve set our sights on downtown Taylor, TX – scheduled to open Spring 2026

From the butcher block to the kitchen, our approach is hands-on. Every steak is cut in-house, every sausage is made from scratch, and every plate we serve is crafted with the same meats you can take home from our counter.
